Within this four-week coaching program, you will receive a weekly 90-minute one-on-one session with me. Each session includes guided meditation, breathwork, trauma-informed yoga, intentional conversation, shadow work journaling, and affirmations, all personalized to your nervous system and emotional needs.
You will also receive weekly homework, personalized affirmations, and direct messaging support throughout the week, along with regulating morning and night routines to help you build consistency, safety, and balance in daily life.
Together, we will evaluate habits, people, places, and patterns that may be dysregulating your nervous system and gently adjust what no longer serves you, so you can fully reset, feel safe in your body, and reconnect with joy and self-trust.
You’ll also receive a free ticket to a Nervous System Reset Workshop, where you’ll deepen your understanding of yoga postures, nervous system regulation, and embodied healing practices.
